I used to play alot of TF2 but eventually I've quit. Yet these days I had a feeling of nostalgia and started to play the game again. Except the fact its lagging like hell.

I used to play with everything on high, and now with everything on low I cant even get to 40 FPS, and when I do it stutters like crazy and the audio comes out all weird and stuff. I even used a site to check if I've got the recommended specs for the game, and I do. Any tips I could do to make the game work like it used to?
