You can almost kill them all with 2 items. As you have bought essentially items that gives you Atack Speed , now you need some Atack Damage.

It also deals some true damage if you hit a critical hit, which will help you to take down the enemy's tanks. This should be your 5th item. At this moment of the game, the enemies will understand that you are a threat for them so they will begin to build armor.

If the enemy team is squishy you should take this as the 5th item. You will be able to delete them within 3 seconds with Spray and Pray. It gives you Atack Damage and Atack Speed. It's a good choice if you're winning your lane and want to completely destroy the enemy bot lane.

I know it doesn't seem to be a great choice but try it one time, you will be amazed by it's power. Last item to buy. You are already dealing tons of damage. Your only problem now is your weakness.
